"We are particularly grateful for the sense of community that Holy Family School has instilled in our children. This sense of belonging and the strong moral values imparted by the school are gifts that will stay with them throughout their lives. "

Why Holy Family?

Holy Family Catholic Primary School is a warm, nurturing place that puts children first. Our children enjoy coming to school and are ready and excited to learn. Our dedicated teachers are experts in their field: they bring excitement, enthusiasm and a wealth of knowledge about the contents of the curriculum, the children that they teach and the different ways that children learn best. Our staff focus on the development of the whole child - academic, social, emotional and spiritual - and our children's interests and talents are developed and stretched on a daily basis.

The strong community felt at Holy Family brings both joy and security to children and their families, as well as our staff, and the Catholic ethos permeates everything we do. We believe that having high expectations of our children, coupled with a loving, respectful approach, will enable every child to become the best possible version of themselves. All staff work to ensure that the curriculum we offer is engaging and broad, and we believe that all children are able to learn if we can teach them in the right way.

The excellent behaviour of our pupils means that teachers can teach, and all children feel safe and respected. We believe in forming a strong partnership with the Church and the home, and the three parties working together to raise children who are ready for life beyond our school gates.
